The Process
What do you want to achieve?
The structure of creating is to begin with your vision. Listen deeply for the real needs and desires, dreams and hopes within you, your organisation or community. What future do you really want?
When clarifying your vision there is a distinction between who you are being and what you are doing. Who you are being includes your purpose, values and culture. What you are doing includes your mission – what you do from others’ perspective, and your goals described in quantitative and qualitative terms.
- Mary Parker Follett
Where are you starting from?
To achieve your vision you must be clear where you start from otherwise you cannot draw an accurate map.
I have spent my life studying our global situation and deeply understand the challenges and opportunities of our time. And as a facilitator and coach I understand how our beliefs and perceptions create misperception. It’s time to untangle these and together create a clear picture of your current reality.
How do you get there?
Once you have a compelling vision and understand clearly where you are starting from, the way forward becomes easy. Together we create the pathway from where you are to where you want to go.
This structure of creating (shown in diagram) is similar whether working with an individual, an organisation or a community.
“The only limits are, as always, those of vision."
- James Broughton
