Plan your Future
Peter Drucker
Moving perspective from problem solving to possibility widens our horizons providing energy, innovation and creativity.
One of my core beliefs is that, in most cases, the necessary resources to solve our problems and to create desired futures are already present in us as well as in our organisations, provided that we learn together how to bring the individual and collective knowledge, intelligence, wisdom, creativity and inner courage into play.
I am beginning to understand and treat organisations and communities more like living systems than static machines. This perspective requires leaders willing to build a collaborative culture that allows the collective potential and intelligence of the group to come alive and together create wise solutions that work.
