About Me
Over many years of working around the world, I’ve learned that the single most important skill is building relationships with ourselves, each other, and the earth. If we organise ourselves the way nature does we develop the skills we need. We become adaptive, responsive, creative and resilient. We enjoy working together no matter the culture, group or person.
I grew up in Northland and recently returned there where I have been committed to creating a network of relationships in New Zealand that contribute to a vibrant resilient future through local community projects and transition towns.
I am a keen outdoor adventurer. I’ve sailed the Pacific, climbed mountains, hiked our beautiful back country, and kayaked along our coast.
Part of my work as a global citizen is to lead work with the Pachamama Alliance in New Zealand by delivering the Awakening the Dreamer Symposium. The Symposium is an enquiry into a bold vision: to bring forth an environmentally sustainable, spiritually fulfilling and socially just human presence on Earth.
